important factor in auction marketing. Listing brokers often
recognize certain clients & properties as potential auction
candidates and bring those clients & properties to us for our
review. If you have a listed property that you feel may be a

auction method of marketing. The seller’s current listing
broker will always be protected with a referral fee or as a
co-broker in the sale process.
In the actual sale of real estate we have
always felt strongly that brokers should have the opportunity to
participate, and find that brokers can produce very capable and
qualified buyers. We encourage broker participation by offering to
