NOTICE OF PUBLIC SALE OF COLLATERAL
PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that, for default in the payment of debt and performance of obligations owed by Tamach Airport Manager, LLC, a Florida limited liability company ("Borrower"), to HRC Fund III Pooling Domestic LLC, a Delaware limitied liability company ("Secured Party"). Secured Party will, pursuant to the Uniform Commercial Code, on the 17th day of April, 2009, commencing at 10:30a.m. Eastern time, at the offices of Quelette & Mauldin, 28 West Flagler Street, Suite 808, Miami, Florida 33130, sell the following property by public auction to the highest qualified bidder. 100% of the Class B membership interests in Tamach Airport, LLC, a Florida limited liability company, which owns a 28-acre business park that includes five commercial buildings that offer office, retail, flex and warehouse space. The business park is commonly referred to as the Miami Airport Center, is located at the southeast corner of the Palmetto Expressway (S.R. 826) and NW 25th Street, in Miami-Dade County, Florida, and has an overal area of approximately 28.65 acres.
The Secured Party reserves the right to reject specific bids and terminate or adjourn the sale to another time or place, or to effectuate a private sale instead of a public sale and further reserves the right to bid for the collateral at the sale and to credit bid by applying some or all of its secured debt to the purchase price.
